Logistics: What Your Orlando Photo Booth Rental Vendor Needs to Get Right

Below are what we need for our photo booth at an event. These are also the details we recommend you double-checking with each vendor you’re considering hiring:

• Space: 10 feet wide by 10 feet long by 10 feet high of covered area. Not doing props, or keeping it minimal? We can squeeze into as little as 8×8.
• Power: a standard 3-prong power outlet within 100 feet.
• Setup: we get there two hours before you want the booth open. About 30 minutes to unload, an hour to set up, and a little buffer. Setup and breakdown never eat into your rental time.
• Moving the booth: we can move it from cocktail hour to the reception as long as they’re within about 150 feet. If it’s a bigger resort and they’re farther apart, we plan that out with you ahead of time.

In terms of extra planning and reliability, we bring a backup of everything: a second camera, a second printer, a second flash, a second tablet, a second external flash. If something acts up mid-event, we swap it and keep the night going without a hitch.

We carry up to $2 million in insurance, and a lot of Orlando venues already have our certificate on file, which makes things easy for you and your coordinator.

And if the space ends up tighter than we planned for, no problem. We scoot the table, move the photo booth closer to the backdrop, adjust the zoom, and make it work. You’ve got enough to think about on your wedding day. This isn’t one of those things.

How to Book Your Orlando Wedding Photo Booth (and Why Timing Matters)

Orlando’s wedding season runs October through May. November, December, February and March are our busiest months, and the popular dates on those weekends go fast. If you want to ensure you lock in your date with us, reach out one year in advance to check availability.

Booking with us is easy. We send over a digital proposal that allows you to e-sign and pay your deposit within minutes. A 20% deposit holds your date, and the rest is typically due 30 days before the wedding.

And if your plans change within 14 days of booking, you can cancel at no cost, so there’s no risk in reserving early.

Once you’re booked, our project manager reaches out with a questionnaire so you can choose your print design, backdrop, and timing at your own pace.
