We cover South Beach, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Little Havana, Hialeah, Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, Aventura, Doral, Kendall, Pinecrest, The Hammocks, and Tamiami, and we reach as far north as West Palm Beach and south to Homestead.
We're also available in Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Boca Raton, and surrounding areas throughout South Florida. If you're not sure whether we cover your venue, just ask. We'll let you know right away.

A: Absolutely! We serve all of Miami-Dade County, including Miami Beach, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Aventura, Hialeah, Miami Gardens, Kendall, Doral, and Homestead. If your venue is in Miami or anywhere in South Florida, we can be there! Check Availability
Q: Do you service Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, and surrounding areas?
A: Yes! We have offices in Miami, Tampa, and Orlando.
Q: Do you have a Miami office??
A: If we have technical difficulties with our equipment, we have backups of everything on-site - camera, printer, tablet, external flash, and more!
Q: What happens if something goes wrong with your equipment?
A: Yes! We have up to $2 million in insurance, and have almost never had a venue (in the 100+ venues we've worked with) that has not accepted us for insurance or for any other reasons.
Q: Are you insured? Can you provide our venue proof of insurance?
A: We service most of Central Florida, Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale and surrounding South Florida. If you have questions about our availability for your area, please contact us.
Q: How far can you travel?
A: Of course! We just charge $75 to print an extra copy of every photo for your guestbook, and encourage guests to put them in.
If you decide to purchase one of our premium guestbooks, the extra prints are included in that price, as well as a 2nd attendant to assist everyone with the guestbook!
Q: Can we bring our own guest book?
A: Absolutely! We just need a 10' x 10' x 10' covered area (tent or canopy is fine) to operate.
Q: Can the photo booth be setup outside?
A: 10'W x 10'L x 10'H covered area (or 8' Wx 8'L if you don't want props), and a power outlet within 100 feet. We'll handle the rest!
Q: What's needed for the photo booth?
A: Yes! You and your guests will receive instant prints after you take a photo, as well as the ability to text them to yourself!
You and your guests will also receive the link to the online gallery of ALL the photos after the event!
Q: Do we get copies of the photos?
A: Absolutely! Every Miami photo booth comes with a FUN, FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE member of The Gala Photobooth team to help your guests choose props, take and print photos, and feel AMAZING do so!
If you purchase our guestbook, we will have 2 team members - one to assist with the photo booth and the other to help ensure every photo gets in the guestbook!

A: Everything you could want in a photo booth rental - unlimited photo sessions, instant prints for every guest, instant text sharing, GIFs, Boomerangs, an online gallery of all photos, a fun assistant to help everyone, your choice of backdrop and props, and a custom print template!
