A: If we have technical difficulties with our equipment, we have backups of everything on-site - camera, printer, tablet, external flash, and more!
Q: What happens if something goes wrong with your equipment?
A: Yes! We have up to $2 million in insurance, and have almost never had a venue (in the 100+ venues we've worked with) that has not accepted us for insurance or for any other reasons.
Q: Are you insured? Can you provide our venue proof of insurance?
A: Of course! We just charge $75 to print an extra copy of every photo for your guestbook, and encourage guests to put them in.
If you decide to purchase one of our premium guestbooks, the extra prints are included in that price, as well as a 2nd attendant to assist everyone with the guestbook!
Q: Can we bring our own guest book?
A: Yes! You and your guests will receive instant prints after you take a photo, as well as the ability to text them to yourself!
You and your guests will also receive the link to the online gallery of ALL the photos after the wedding!
Q: Do we get copies of the photos?
A: Absolutely! We just need a 10' x 10' x 10' covered area (tent or canopy is fine) to operate.
Q: Can the photo booth be setup outside?
A: 10'W x 10'L x 10'H covered area (or 8' Wx 8'L if you don't want props), and a power outlet within 100 feet. We'll handle the rest!
Q: What's needed for the photo booth?
A: Once you let us know you're ready to book, we just take a 20% deposit to secure your date, and if needed you'll have the option to cancel within 14 days of the booking at no cost if your wedding is more than 60 days out.
Q: What's needed to reserve the date?
A: Simply reply to us by text or email, letting us know you're ready to book. If you're unsure which package, we recommend our most popular wedding photo booth package, The Gala Booth. You can always downgrade, add/change hours, or modify details as we get closer to your wedding. You can also cancel up to 14 days after booking and receive a refund if your event is more than 60 days out.

A: Absolutely! Every photo booth comes with a FUN, FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE member of The Gala Photobooth team to help your guests choose props, take and print photos, and feel AMAZING do so!
If you purchase our guestbook, we will have 2 team members - one to assist with the photo booth and the other to help ensure every photo gets in the guestbook!

Our most popular package "The Gala Booth" uses our glamorous Signature Black & White Beauty Filter, and features premium 4x6" B&W prints, digital color copies in the online gallery, and an extra hour of time. If you're unsure, we recommend this package and you can always downgrade to The Party Booth if you decide to down the road.
Our "Studio Booth" is our most premium package with full-length portrait photos, luxurious velvet backdrops, studio-style photography, and 50% larger prints.
