A: If we have technical difficulties with our equipment, we have backups of everything on-site - camera, printer, tablet, external flash, and more!

A: Yes! We have up to $2 million in insurance, and have almost never had a venue (in the 100+ venues we've worked with) that has not accepted us for insurance or for any other reasons.
Q: Are you insured? Can you provide our venue proof of insurance?
A: We service most of Central Florida, including Winter Park, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista, Celebration, Altamonte Springs, and Winter Garden, as well as Tampa Bay, Sarasota, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale. If you have questions about your specific area, please contact us and we'll confirm availability.
Q: How far can you travel?
A: Of course! We just charge $75 to print an extra copy of every photo for your guestbook, and encourage guests to put them in.
If you decide to purchase one of our premium guestbooks, the extra prints are included in that price, as well as a 2nd attendant to assist everyone with the guestbook!
Q: Can we bring our own guest book?
A: Absolutely! We just need a 10' x 10' x 10' covered area (tent or canopy is fine) to operate.
Q: Can the photo booth be setup outside?
A: 10'W x 10'L x 10'H covered area (or 8' Wx 8'L if you don't want props), and a power outlet within 100 feet. We'll handle the rest!
Q: What's needed for the photo booth?
A: Yes! You and your guests will receive instant prints after you take a photo, as well as the ability to text them to yourself!
You and your guests will also receive the link to the online gallery of ALL the photos after the event!
Q: Do we get copies of the photos?
A: Absolutely! Every Orlando photo booth rental comes with a FUN, FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE member of The Gala Photobooth team to help your guests choose props, take and print photos, and feel AMAZING do so!
If you purchase our guestbook, we will have 2 team members - one to assist with the photo booth and the other to help ensure every photo gets in the guestbook!
